COVID- 19 Precautions
The North Dakota EMS Association and the Grand Hotel is taking extra precautions as well to ensure safety. There will be distance in the seating, and sanitation areas throughout the conference. If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with someone exposed, do not attend. You will get fully refunded.
The North Dakota EMS Association will do everything in our power to keep the attendees safe, unfortunately there is always a risk. If you do not feel comfortable attending this conference we understand and will give you your registration back no questions asked.
Refund Policy
Membership Dues are NOT refundable. The conference registration fees, less a $15.00 processing fee, are refundable if written notice of cancellation is received before 5:00 pm (CST) February 4th. If written notice of cancellation is received after February 4th but before 5:00 pm (CST) February 11th registration fees, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be refunded. Substitutions for cancellation will be allowed with written notice. All refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.
DEMS Grant and Continuing Education Credits:
The Division of EMS has made the Continuing Education Grant available to help cover costs of travel and attendance. This grant must be applied for by a licensed North Dakota EMS Agency. The grant can be found at
