Registration
The 2-day conference registration fee of $150.00 for NDEMSA members and $200.00 for non-members. The 1-day conference registration fee is $75.00 for NDEMSA members and $100.00 for non-members. The registration fee includes all conference presentations and materials, refreshment breaks and meals. Save $25.00 by registering in advance of the conference. Conference Hotel Information
All conference activities will take place at the Ramada Bismarck, located off Interstate 94 and Highway 83. The “NDEMSA” room block for the night of February 25, 2025 will expire on January 25, 2025. The room rate is $107.00+ tax for a double queen or a king.

Refund Policy
If you register in advance and must cancel, your registration fee less a cancellation fee of $20.00 will be returned. To receive your refund the written cancellation request must be received by 5:00 pm on February 10, 2025. All refund requests will be processed after the Management Conference.
DEMS Grant Available
The Division of EMS Continuing Education Grant will be available for conference attendees. A licensed North Dakota EMS agency must apply for the $150.00 grant. The application is on-line via the PRS. Those agencies familiar with the PRS will be familiar with the process. Questions about the grant, can be directed to Deb Dutchuk debdutchuk@nd.gov
Continuing Education Credits
Application has been made to the Division of Emergency Medical Systems for approval of continuing education in the LCCR (Local) category. A certificate will be provided for each session attended. No sessions are offered in the NCCR category as all content is in the leadership/management categories.
