Vendor Preview:
Thursday, April 3th- 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Hall Hours:
Friday, April 4th- 7:30 am - 4:00pm
Saturday, April 5th- 9:00am - 1:00pm
Move-In:
Thursday, April 4th- 12:00pm-4:00pm
(Non-Vehicles to Event Center West side -- Doors E - 43)
(Vehicles/Large Equipment to East Parking Lot -- Door E - 54)
Move-Out:
Saturday, April 5th- May begin no earlier than 1:00pm
Due to Event Center Policies no drones or remote control vehicles are allowed in the Event Center.
Due to the adult subject matter of some of the content, this event is not suitable for children.
The vendor hall set up is subject to change. The website and committee will keep you updated on any changes that affect your booth space.
Item Sales
If you are selling items at the conference, please email your sales tax ID number to ndemsa.office@ndemsa.org
Cancellations
Refunds are given with a 35% processing fee until February 1st. After February 1st, there will be no refunds.
Cancellations must be sent to ndemsa.office@ndemsa.org.
