Continuing Education

The ND EMS Unit has approved 8 hours of CEUs on Friday, 8.5 hours of CEUs on Saturday, and 7 hours of CEUs on Sunday for EMS providers. Certificates are awarded at the conclusion of each individual session.

The ND Post Board has approved 18 post hours. The post approved hours are indicated with an *.

An application have been submitted to The ND Post Board and the North Dakota Board of Nursing. The NDEMSA website will be updated on a regular basis.

SW Region EMS Conference Pricing:

Southwest Conference:  (Saturday AND Sunday)

  • Non-NDEMSA Member - $190.00
  • NDEMSA Member - $155.00

Single Day Registration:  

  • Non-Member - $140.00
  • Member - $80.00

MCI Preconference:  

  • Non-Member - $120.00
  • Member - $80.00

NDEMSA Membership: $40.00 Annually

Refund Policy

Membership dues are NOT refundable. The conference registration fees, less a $15.00 processing fee, are refundable if written notice of cancellation is received two weeks before the conference. If written notice of cancellation is received between 8-13 days before the conference, registration less a $35.00 processing fee, will be refunded. Within 7 days of the conference, no refunds will be given. Substitutions for cancellation will be allowed with written notice. All refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. The conference will occur regardless of weather. 

EMS Unit Grant and Continuing Education Credits:

The EMS Unit has made the Continuing Education Grant available to help cover costs of travel and attendance.  This grant must be applied for by a licensed North Dakota EMS Agency.  The grant can be found here.
