2020 Southwest Conference

This conference will be held in a much different format than what we are used to. The Southwest Conference will be held on 2 different dates at 2 different locations:

September 26, 2020- Community Center  Medora, ND

October 11, 2020- Ramkota, Bismarck, ND

We will be limiting the size of the conference to 50 attendees at each location, and the number of sessions so people are able to stay in the same seat for the duration of the conference. There will be distance in the seating, and sanitation areas throughout the conference. Although not required, we do recommend wearing a mask. If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with someone exposed, do not attend. You will get fully refunded. 

Registration is open exclusively to Southwest members until September 10th. We will be offering courses from 8am to 6pm each of the days. No walk in will be accepted.

Please don’t hesitate to contact the office with any questions or concerns. Your safety is important. As much as we would like you to join us, if you have any reservations, please do not attend.

This is not the way we expected to have our conference nor the ideal way. We hope in 2021 we will be back in Medora enjoying Brisket and the networking. Thank you for supporting the North Dakota EMS Association.
