Additional Policies

  • Due to Event Center Policies no drones or remote control vehicles are allowed in the Event Center.
  • Due to the adult subject matter of some of the content, this event is not suitable for children.
  • The vendor hall set up is subject to change. The website and committee will keep you updated on any changes that affect your booth space.
  • Item Sales - If you are selling items at the conference, please email your sales tax ID number to ndemsa.office@ndemsa.org

Move-In: 

  • Thursday, April 9th- 12:00pm-4:00pm
  • (Non-Vehicles to Event Center West side -- Doors E - 43)  
  • (Vehicles/Large Equipment to East Parking Lot -- Door E - 54)   

 Vendor Preview:

  • Thursday, April 9th- 5:00pm to 7:00pm

Hall Hours:       

  •   Friday, April 10th- 7:30am - 4:00pm
  •   Saturday, April 11th- 9:00am - 1:00pm    

Move-Out:

  • Saturday, April 11th- May begin no earlier than 1:00pm

Shipping

Are You Shipping Materials? The Bismarck Event Center can only accept freight from Jobbers.

  1. Go to Moving Service > Additional Services > Select “Convention Freight Services”
  2. Click “Request Login,” complete the information, and submit.  
Your password and instructions will be emailed to you.

Cancellations

Refunds are given with a 35% processing fee until February 1. After February 1, there will be no refunds. 

Cancellations must be sent to ndemsa.office@ndemsa.org.

Hotel Options

Hotel reservations are the exhibitor's responsibility.  There are several hotel options near the convention center.
