2022 46th Annual Vendor and Sponsorship Registration

Thank you for considering being an exhibitor for the 2022 46th North Dakota EMS Association's Annual Conference and Tradeshow. If you are new or a returning vendor, we have a few reminders for the upcoming conference.

Exhibit Hall

Move in times for vehicles is Thursday, April 7th from 2-3 and for booths April 7th from 3-6. Please make sure to be on time, especially if you are bringing a vehicle. Move out time is Saturday, April 9^th at 1:00 pm. Please refrain moving out until then.

Due to Event Center Policies no drones or remote control vehicles are allowed in the Event Center.

Due to the adult subject matter of some of the content, this event is not suitable for children.

The vendor hall set up is subject to change. The website and committee will keep you updated on any changes that affect your booth space.

Item Sales

If you are selling items at the conference, please email your sales tax ID number to ndemsa.office@ndemsa.org

Cancellations

Refunds are given with a 30% processing fee until February 1^st. After February 1st, there will be no refunds. 

Cancellations must be sent to ndemsa.office@ndemsa.org.
