2022 Annual Northwest Region EMS Conference

The Northwest Region EMS Conference is being held January 23rd, 24th, and 25th, 2020 at the Grand Motel in Minot. 

Membership Dues are NOT refundable. The conference registration fees, less a $15.00 processing fee, are refundable if written notice of cancellation is received before 5:00 pm (CST) 2 weeks before the conference. If written notice of cancellation is received after 2 weeks but before 1 weeks, a $25.00 processing fee, will be refunded. Substitutions for cancellation will be allowed with written notice. All refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.

COVID- 19 Precautions

The North Dakota EMS Association and the Grand Hotel is taking extra precautions as well to ensure safety. There will be distance in the seating, and sanitation areas throughout the conference. If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with someone exposed, do not attend. You will get fully refunded.

The North Dakota EMS Association will do everything in our power to keep the attendees safe, unfortunately there is always a risk. If you do not feel comfortable attending this conference we understand and will give you your registration back no questions asked.
